Shipping

Ready-to-wear and Ships-in-48-Hours pieces leave the atelier within two working days. Couture and made-to-measure orders are cut to order and ship in four to six weeks — your client manager confirms the date at booking.

Shipping is complimentary across India on orders above Rs. 50,000. For international orders, all prices are inclusive of import duties; local taxes at delivery, where applicable, are as per your country.

Returns & Exchange

Ready-to-wear may be exchanged for size within seven days of delivery, unworn and with tags intact. Festive, couture and made-to-measure pieces are final sale, as each is cut for one client alone.

To begin an exchange, write to client services with your order number — we arrange doorstep pickup in Delhi and Mumbai.

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — duties are included in the price you see, and we ship worldwide with tracked, insured delivery.

Can a piece be made to my measurements?
Festive and couture silhouettes can. Book a private appointment and our masters cut to your measurements.

How do I care for embellished pieces?
Dry clean only, store flat in the garment bag provided, and keep crystals away from perfume.

Privacy

We use your details only to fulfil orders, arrange appointments and — with your consent — send atelier notes. We never sell personal data. Write to care@ateliernorvale.in to access or delete your information.

Terms

All content on this site belongs to Atelier Norvale. Prices are in INR and inclusive of duties for international orders. The house reserves the right to decline an order where a silhouette cannot be faithfully reproduced.
